My counseling philosophy is deeply humanistic: Holistic, non-judgemental, and collaborative. I have an abiding faith that what you need is already inside you. Counseling means getting to the healthier parts of you that, somehow, you aren’t using now.

I work in an open and flexible manner, adjusting my approach to meet your specific needs. Depending on how our work proceeds, I may draw on any or all of these humanistic counseling approaches:
